These terms apply to this website and its public demonstrations. Access to a pilot, the workspace or the API is subject to a separate agreement.
Registering Pilot Interest
Valtaic is preparing its pilot. Joining the list registers your interest; it does not create a paid subscription, open a customer account or guarantee a place or start date.
Pricing, availability and pilot scope will be explained separately before you decide whether to participate. No payment is taken through the pilot-interest form. Please provide an email address you are entitled to use.
Product Demonstrations
Demonstrations, example property records and charts illustrate how the product works. They may contain sample data, scripted interactions and features still in development. They are not live valuations or a statement about a particular property or market.
Website examples are for product evaluation, not investment, lending, tax or other professional advice. Do not rely on them for a purchase, sale, finance or valuation decision. Any permitted reliance on live outputs is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Permitted Use
You may browse the website, share links and use the public demonstrations and available example downloads to evaluate Valtaic. You must not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material.
Do not use the public form to upload personal information about tenants, borrowers or other people. Contact us first if your proposed pilot involves customer data.
Intellectual Property
The website, software, branding and other materials belong to Valtaic or its licensors. Except for the evaluation use described above or rights granted by law, you may not copy, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit them without permission.
Keep any copyright and attribution notices attached to material you are permitted to use. Access to the website does not grant a licence to proprietary model technology or production datasets. Rights to use customer reports, datasets and API outputs are set out in the relevant service agreement.
Availability And Third-Party Links
We may update or suspend the website and its demonstrations for maintenance, security or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that examples will always reflect the latest product release.
Links to independent websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or operation; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Responsibility And Your Legal Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses caused by using illustrative website content as a live valuation or professional recommendation, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. If you use the website for business purposes, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity arising from that use, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you retain the mandatory protections of the law where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes And Contact
Changes to these terms apply to future use of the website from the updated date shown above. They do not retrospectively change a separate agreement you have with us.
